Smart Graphics Solutions SpA processes your personal data in strict compliance with Law 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life in Chile. We rely on your explicit consent, contractual necessity for service provision, and legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention.

02Data We Collect

For the effective provision of Tintero IA, we collect:

Account Information: Full name, email, phone, and company physical address.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns with our platform.
Third-Party Integrations: With your consent, we access data from Google OAuth and Meta Business Suite.

03Purpose of Processing

We use your information exclusively to:

Provide and improve our AI platform.
Manage your account and authenticate secure access.
Provide specialized technical support for the graphic sector.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Chile.

04Data Retention and Deletion

We retain user data for as long as the account remains active. Upon account cancellation, all personal data and conversation history will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. To request early data deletion, contact us at support@tinteroia.com.

05WhatsApp and Messaging Data

Our platform processes WhatsApp messages, including text, audio, and images, on behalf of our business clients to automate customer service using artificial intelligence. This content is used solely to generate automated responses and improve the service. We do not sell, share, or use message content for advertising purposes. WhatsApp messages are processed and stored only for the duration of the client's active account.

06Third-Party Services

To operate our platform, we share data with the following service providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

OpenAI (openai.com): processes message content to generate AI-powered responses.
Google Cloud / Vertex AI (cloud.google.com): alternative natural language processing and cloud infrastructure.
LangSmith / LangChain (smith.langchain.com): traceability and monitoring of AI agent interactions, used only in development and staging environments.

None of these providers are authorized to use our clients' data for their own purposes.
